The working size of the furnace is 3000mm long, 2500mm wide, and 2500mm high. The annealing temperature is 600 degrees. To ensure a good annealing effect, we installed a 400mm thick aluminum silicate insulation layer and SS310 U-shaped heating tube for the customer. The heating tube is buckled with a stainless steel plate guide cover and equipped with two 7.5KW circulating fans to fully ensure the uniformity of the annealing furnace temperature.
The equipment has been installed in the workshop before delivery and has passed the customer’s strict video test.
