There include the Muffle Belt type and Roller BeltType. Powered supply is optional with Electric or Gas.
1. Conveyor mesh belt made from heat-resistant alloy wire, under the effect of step type transmission mechanism, the furnace bottom retalner orientation movement, quarantees the mesh bel is in a state of relaxation at high temperature,improving the life ofthe net belt and runninc smoothness.
2. The pot is a sealed tank welded after the forming of heat-resistant steel, with the air curtain tube in the irigation port,the back ofthe tankand the net back to the mouth.The water-cooling section and water seal are provided to ensure that the furnace is wel-sealed and has little gasconsumption.
3. The network speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter.
4. The feeding channel has oil curtain mechanism, smoking mechanism, oilstirring mechanism and heat transferdevice to ensure the realization of heat treatment process.
