Drying and curing furnaces are generally divided into two types: mesh belt (tunnel) drying and curing furnaces, box (trolley) drying and curing furnaces and drum drying and curing furnaces, which are also used for sintering.
Let’s talk about the mesh belt (tunnel) drying and curing furnace. It is mainly used for continuous heating of chemical products, electronic components, food, textiles, coatings, etc. The mesh belt (tunnel) drying and curing furnace can be made into single-layer and multi-layer use. The advantages are that it takes up less space, has high efficiency, and has significant energy-saving effects. The heating methods include electric heating, gas heating, steam heating, and fuel heating. It is generally divided into preheating section, drying and curing (sintering) section, and cooling section. Each zone heating is independently controlled and has an independent circulating fan. If corrosive gases or steam are generated during the heating process, the inner wall of the furnace needs to be treated with anti-corrosion. The following Figures 1 to 7 are mesh belt (tunnel) drying and curing furnaces.
