Quality and safety commitment

Product quality: Strictly implement national standards (such as GB/T 10067, JB/T, etc.) and international standards (such as ISO, CE) to ensure that the performance, energy consumption and safety of the electric furnace meet the standards. Establish a full-process quality control system to monitor the entire process from design, material procurement, production to factory inspection.

Safe production: Ensure that the equipment meets safety requirements such as explosion-proof, high temperature resistance, and electrical insulation, and is equipped with safety devices such as overload protection and emergency shutdown. Regularly conduct safety training for employees and strengthen safety management of production workshops and customer sites.

 

Technological innovation and environmental responsibility

Technical research and development: Continue to invest in energy-saving (such as waste heat recovery), intelligent and environmental protection technology research and development. Publicize the authenticity of technical parameters and eliminate false propaganda.

Environmental protection: Control waste gas and waste residue emissions during the production process. Promote low-energy consumption and low-pollution products to help customers achieve green production.

Transparent cooperation: The contract clearly defines equipment specifications, delivery dates, and after-sales service terms to eliminate hidden charges. Provide real energy consumption data and service life evaluation, and do not exaggerate.

After-sales service: Provide installation and commissioning, fault repair services. Our international distributors are committed to providing you with excellent services and local expertise to ensure that you can get timely help and guidance wherever you are. Provide lifelong spare parts support and provide solutions for upgrading old equipment.

 

Employees and social responsibility

Employee rights: Protect employees’ occupational health (such as high temperature work protection), and conduct regular skills and safety training. Prohibit discrimination and forced labor, and comply with labor laws.

Industry self-discipline: Do not maliciously compete by lowering prices, and do not steal technical secrets of peers. Actively participate in the formulation of industry standards and promote the development of heat treatment technology.
